Q: What if I have an allergy, or don't like certain things?
A: You can list any "don't send" items (eg. no carrots or pears) in the Add a Note to Your Order section located in your Shopping Cart prior to checkout.
Q: Can I request a certain item be included in my Staples Box?
A: No, unfortunately we cannot accommodate this type or request. If you wish to receive certain items in your delivery, please reach out to us to place a custom order.
Q: How do custom orders work?
A: To build your own Custom Crate, simply send us a list of the items you want (eg. 10lbs white potatoes, 3 green peppers, 4 red grapefruit...) We will check availability and pricing and send you a custom quote (minimum $45). If you choose to proceed, we'll send you a link to complete your order through our online checkout. Custom orders for Thursday Delivery must be received by Monday. Custom orders for Saturday Delivery must be received by Thursday.
Q: Where do you deliver?
A: We offer free contactless delivery throughout all of Hamilton & Burlington. Binbrook and Caledonia on Saturdays only. Burlington and Waterdown on Thursdays only. Hamilton (Central, East & West), Hamilton Mountain, Dundas, Ancaster and Stoney Creek areas can order either day. If you're not sure, just shoot us a message and we'll confirm.
Q: Do you deliver to apartment buildings?
A: Yes. Please leave us any special instructions for your specific building, or request “call before delivery” in the Notes section of your cart prior to checkout.
Q: What do I do with the black crate my produce came in?
A: Please leave your reusable plastic crate out on the day of your next delivery for our driver to collect. We do not currently require a deposit for our crates. If you don't plan on re-ordering - no problem! We can make pick-up arrangements, or you can return your crate to our Hamilton Farmers' Market location. Thanks in advance for your cooperation.
